I have been employed in the culinary arts field for 20 years and find it more exciting than ever. Being a personal chef allows me many freedoms that being employed in a restaurant did not. I am able to be much more creative and can prepare all different types of cuisine. It is also very satisfying for me to be able to give my clients healthy, delicious meals that are prepared just for them - according to their likes and dislikes. I find it both challenging and rewarding!

I have worked in some of the finest restaurants in the Detroit area, including my position as executive sous chef at Morels, A Michigan Bistro. I also served as head chef at the Four Seasons Restaurant in Leelanau County, a few years back, until deciding to return to the Royal Oak area with my family. I started my own catering company in 1998 and then added the personal cheffing aspect in 1999. On a personal level, I enjoy playing hockey, traveling, and spending time with my two sons, Britain and Camden.
