Relax with My Personal Chef! Would you like time at the end of the day to relax? To be able to spend time with your spouse and/or children? To work out at the gym on the way home from work? To see friends? To read the newspaper?

Instead, at the end of our busy days we have to face the inevitable question "What's for dinner?"

Having a personal chef allows you more time to do the things you enjoy. It also ensures that you and your family will have a delicious, healthy meal ready for you to enjoy at the end of the day. All you have to do is heat and enjoy!

You will fill out a detailed questionnaire to help Chef Michael discover your likes, dislikes and dietary needs. Then he will plan your two week menu and fax, email, or phone the information to you. You are always free to make changes to the menu so that you will be eating exactly what you want. You are also welcome and encouraged to give Michael your own favorite recipes for him to prepare for you. On your scheduled cooking date, he will do the grocery shopping, come to your home with his own cooking utensils, oils, and herbs. Chef Michael will bring his own utensils! He will then prepare your food, store it in the refrigerator and freezer with complete heating instructions, clean up the mess, and leave your kitchen sparkling clean and smelling wonderful!

Some menu items are recommended to be reheated in the oven and some in the microwave, but most will heat fine in either. We use paperboard containers with clear lids that can be heated in either type of oven. Fresh salad items are stored in zip-lock bags in your refrigerator.

The typical chef service for two consists of five different entrees, four servings of each. This feeds two people, ten meals. The cost is $280 and includes the planning, shopping, cooking and cleaning. There is an annual container fee of $50.00 that is collected at the second service, once the client has tried the service and is satisfied. Persons with strict dietary needs will be charged a minimal fee for the extra time involved in planning the menus. Organic foods are also available and require a slightly higher fee.

If you'd like to try the service, print the food questionnaire, fill it out, and give us a call. You can either fax it (call first please) or put it in the mail to us. We will then plan your menu, wait for changes or approval, and set a date to come out to prepare delicious, healthy meals for you!
